Firstly emails and any phone queries to Connecto-Transfers were handled with courtesy, promptness and professionalism. We had a lot of luggage between our group and we did not want to spend all day on a Sunday train service which would have included a regional train with many stops from Milan to Genoa. We chose the time to depart and the driver arrived exactly on time. We also asked for a rest stop en route which was duly given. We arrived at lunch time at our destination and had the benefit of a lovely relaxed start and a chance to check out Genoa the day before our cruise. The cost of the transfer was not much more than the cost of a First Class train fare.
