I was really impressed with the service. I booked the transfer very last minute and late the night before I was due to fly home, my flight was early the next morning. Whilst panicking I had left it too late, I called the customer service team and they were very reassuring and helpful when discussing my enquiry. I received an email confirmation within half an hour of making the enquiry. The transfer itself was efficient and our driver was very hospitable. Our driver sent me a text to inform me she was on her way and also once she had arrived at our villa, alleviating any anxiety I felt about making the flight on time. She also allowed us to stop somewhere on the way to the airport to take out cash, so we could pay the remaining fee. I will definitely use this service again in the future! And recommend to family and friends when they travel too!

Sven war ein unglaublich angenehmer Fahrer und auch sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat Tiefenentspannt auf uns gewartet da unser Flug sich verspätet hatte, er hat uns mit unserem Gepäck geholfen und wir hatten auch ein angenehmes Gespräch. Eine wirklich positive Überraschung nach einem doch anstrengenden Boarding und Flug. Immer wieder gerne!
