We discovered the night before our flight that an airport change was required between LCY and LHR. It was clearly part of the original booking, but we somehow overlooked it. We were able to easily book the connecto services online with less than a day‘s notice. We were nervous because we were traveling with 2 small kids and 8 pieces of luggage and had never had to do anything like this before. During the first flight, our driver contacted us via SMS to let us know that he had arrived. We saw it once we landed, which was nice to know that he was already there while waiting for our bags. He was then waiting for us as we exited the security area with all of our luggage and helped us with our bags to the car. Ha also completed the payment during the drive as we were in a rush to catch our connecting flight. In the end we caught our flight and everything was fine. We were definitely nervous, but our driver helped ease our worries during the drive. Would definitely use connecto’s services again — though we hope we never have to!
