The driver was waiting at the airport with a sign for our hotel but it is possible he was waiting for another party! However, we were to taken to our hotel quickly in a very comfortable taxi. On the return journey, the driver arrived on time and got us to the airport in good time for our flight.

I visited Zurich with my 8 year old daughter and we stayed at Hotel Alexander. We met other Americans who paid 2x as much as we did for a ride to and from the airport. They ended up cancelling their other transportation and using your service. I was so impressed with your service and the professional drivers.

Our outbound flight from Heathrow was cancelled...... the taxi company was excellent and for no extra charge changed the pick up to the following day when we eventually made it out to Zurich even though the driver had already been waiting for hours for us prior to the news the flight was then cancelled.

On arriving at Zurich airport our driver was there waiting for us and made us very welcome. There were six of us in our group. The car was very roomy and there was plenty of space for us and for our luggage. The drive up to Grindelwald was very smooth and comfortable and we arrived at our hotel in Grindelwald on time despite the heavy traffic as we drove out of Zurich. Our experience on the return from Grindelwald to Zurich was equally good. We would have no hesitation in recommending this taxi service.
