Excellent service! We had booked the transfer last minute online for our group of 5 adults & 1 toddler, and were very pleased that we managed to secure a transfer under short notice! It was a very professionally run service and our flight happened to be delayed by an hour so we were thankful that our transfer was still there upon our arrival. The guy that greeted us was very friendly, approachable and helpful, he made sure to communicate what was happening so we knew what to expect. Our driver was very prompt and professional and the condition of the vehicle was very neat, clean, tidy, smelt fresh & had complimentary water available. Wonderful service that we will definitely be using again! Thank you!

There were thunderstorms and I was almost locked inside of my hotel in the early hours of my pickup, but my driver Yuriy was incredibly patient and polite! Had a wonderful journey back to Milan from Como. Will 100% recommend!
