friendly and elegant driver, wifi in car on one trip, nice and clean car, excellent back office service (automatic reminder and confirmation of pickup times, easy possibility to change the arrangement)

I was surprised by the level of service, as it seemed like just a regular taxi service to me. The driver as outside my flight with my name lit up on an iPad. It was super convenient. He was also quite knowledgable and pleasant! Another factor for people coming a far distance is that the vehicle was WiFi equipped, which is nice to check those emails and not have to worry about fees and roaming straight away. It was an absolute delight! The pick up, even though I was staying inside the city walls, was unclear at first. But the hotel called for me and confirmed where to meet and it was super easy, and not one problem at all!
