Excellent service. We were collected from the airport on arrival and a very friendly, helpful driver was waiting for us and took us to our hotel. We were also collected from our hotel to return to the airport and the driver arrived at our hotel and was wairing for us at the agreed time, he helped us with our luggage and took us promptly to the airport.

We originally booked for 7 people with two stops and a booster seat. 3 people’s flights got re-routed last minute so only 4 people used the shuttle with only one stop and no booster seat. This change was amended on your site immediately at the beginning of the day and before we used your services. When I spoke to the driver he still only had the original with 7 people and extras. He told me that I had to pay and ask for reimbursement afterwards.I would appreciate if you can reimburse my card for only 4 people and no booster seat or extra stop. Would have given the driver 10, he was very nice, did his best and was a safe driver, but we could not communicate. He didn’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian. But, he was great! Very satisfied with the transfer!
