Picked up from Porto airport on time but unfortunately taken to the wrong hotel. I did question this with the driver but he said it was the right hotel. We then had to get another taxi to the correct hotel, it was only another 10 euros but the correct hotel was clearly marked on the paperwork. I rang the number given the next day to check our return taxi would collect us from the correct hotel which he did. Both cars were clean and very comfortable and the drivers were both friendly and spoke good English. Other than this slight mishap everything was excellent.

Die Buchung per Internet/Email hat problemlos geklappt. Kurz vor dem Termin wurde per SMS/Email nochmals extra benachrichtigt und die Fahrerinformation (Name/MobileNummer) durchgegeben. Fahrzeuge sehr sauber, sehr nette Fahrer, alles problemlos und zufriedenstellend. Fahrer war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und so konnte Treffpunkt auch kurzfristig exakt abgesprochen werden.
