My wife and I moved to Valencia, Spain, but needed a transfer from Madrid to Valencia with all of our luggage (10 pieces). Our Connecto driver Marcelina was a total pro. Our luggage took some time to arrive to the baggage claim and my bike took an hour after all the luggage. Marcelina waited for us outside of the customs/baggage claim area until we gathered all of our pieces. He then somehow managed to get all of our luggage into the van. The overall experience was better than we could have imagined. 10 stars.
