The driver was very kind and helpful, we had a lovely conversation. There was just a little confusion because he received info I still needed the full amount of €26,98, while I had received an email that I already paid €6 and only needed to pay the remaining €20,98. He was considerate and easily agreed payment according to the info I had received, but it did make it a little awkward for me… Overall very happy with his service, but the communication from the organiser to both parties could have been more transparent and uniform.

All is very good and trustworthy. I liked that the driver gave me a signal some time before my travel already. It gave me feeling of comfort - everything will be alright. And it is important when traveling to the airport early in the morning and it is too late for the plan B. The driver was friendly, the car was really good and we came to the airport perfectly in time. From now on I am your loyal customer :)
