We booked a minibus transfer to collect 8 of us from Carcassonne Airports and to bring us to Valras Plage and back to the airport at the end of our holiday. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Both drivers were punctual, both vehicles were spotless and comfortable. The communication from the company was excellent. We got reminder emails for each journey which was reassuring. When i emailed with one query I got a prompt helpful response. i would definitely use this service again.

The reservation process was easy and confirmation was immediate. A reminder was sent the day before the transfer. On the morning of transfer, I received a timely phone call from the driver letting me know he would be ten minutes late. This was appreciated and helpful and not a problem. He arrived as promised, helped with luggage and was helpful in getting 7 passengers to their respective departure gates at Charles De Gaulle. Very positive first experience with this service.
