Very corteous driver, efficient, on time, professional. We are a family of 5 and I did not want to hussle with taxis, trying to find one that would fit us all, so I booked this service and it worked perfectly. The driver had a van big enough for all of us and our luggage.. He called me via whatsapp as soon as we landed to confirm he was there and where to meet. He could speak English well enough. He also gave us a couple of useful tips on visiting Budapest. The person who took my reservation by email was also very nice and efficient in answering my questions. I like the fact that you only pay a small amount in advance upon reservation, and the rest directly to the driver.
