Great service! Driver was on time and very friendly! For future reference it would be good for the booking to say \'cash only\' as we had to go to an atm and waste the poor drivers time, this did not upset us at all we just wish we knew so we could have taken the money out sooner. Incredible easy and comfy. No waiting. It was crazy raining and we arrived late. Driver Nicholas was there waiting for us. Excellent service. Plus customer service replied in a second as soon as I wrote to clarify things (and it was 2 o clock in the morning).

Terminal 1/CDG-Airport: Driver for transfer CDG-Paris-Hotel was waiting in departure area, so therefore it was a little difficult to \"come together\". It would not have been a problem for us to move to departure area - if we would have known it in advance! However, driver was indeed very engaged by phone to meet us, finally he has come to arrival area to pick us up. Sorry, but this was the first time that a driver for an arrival pick-up has waited in the departure area! He told us, there is no possibility to stop the car in arrival area....?? Nevertheless he was very friendly and helpful! But you should really inform your clients in advance that they should not expect somebody waiting with a \"name-sign\" in arrival hall, but in departure area! Basically, we were very satisfied with the reliable and friendly service! We really appreciated your detailed pre-information with name and number of the drivers as well as that the drivers have contacted us by phone after our arrival and also short before pick-up at hotel. Drivers were engaged, polite, helpful and with good manners. Cars were clean and comfortabel. All worked to our full satisfaction! But you should clarify the meeting point in CDG/Terminal 1 (there are 10 or 12 exits in arrival hall - so if the clients and the driver do not have exact meeting point it might be troublesome to find each other.
