He called me prior to the pick up to let me know he was there and he was very patient as we went through customs and baggage claim. He met us in the airport holding a sign with my name, helped us with our luggage - two very large suitcases, small suitcase and backpacks. The car was beautiful, clean, very comfortable temperature and even stocked with water which was so nice because we were very thirsty. The ride was perfect and when we arrived at our destination, he again assisted us with our bags getting them from the car to our door. We could not be more pleased and plan to use your service on the airport return. Please thank our driver again for us! He was absolutely amazing!
