Friendly driver who was there on arrival and drove sensibly to our hotel in Cannes. Due to the virus our flight was switched from an earlier flight to a later flight and it was a simple action to modify the pick up which was confirmed in minutes. On the return we were unsure about our pick up due to the France lockdown during our stay and whether the pick up was regarded as essential transport. I couldn’t get a straight answer from anywhere as the company due to return us was not the same company that picked us up. I contacted our arrivals driver (Xavier) who tried his best to help me but as it was different company picking us up he couldn’t give me much information but I really appreciate he tried.

It was easy to book and the driver also messaged me a few days before - this is something you should do as it was really helpful knowing I had a contact number for him in case of delay or not being able to find him at the airport. But for us the big thing was that we ended up in France just as the coronavirus situation was getting serious. In fact, just hours after arriving France was locked down and we needed to find a flight home. Obviously this wasn\'t easy but your office were helpful in moving our return transfer and did not alter the price. This helped us get home and the flexibility was the most important thing.

I cannot thank Swiss Taxis enough for my great experience. I had to change my flight at about 2am, and needed a taxi at very short notice, to pick me up in a few hours at 7.30am. I called another taxi service and they did not pick up the phone. I called Swiss Taxis and the 24/7 service picked up the phone immediately. The phone operator helped me to quickly find a driver to arrive at my apartment at 7.30am. At 7.20am the driver was on his way and gave me a call. At 7.30am exactly he was outside my apartment! Swiss taxis was efficient, communicative and professional. When other taxi services did not pick up the phone, Swiss taxis responded immediately and helped me get to the airport with more than enough time to spare. The phone operator and driver were both friendly, helpful and professional. I am so grateful for such a superb experience, and I will be using and recommending Swiss Taxis in the future.
