My plane was about 20 minutes late but my driver was at the baggage collection waiting and it was a very smooth process! Fantastic after a long day of travel, a little bit expensive but definitely worth it for ease and peace of mind!

Our driver was fantastic and very patient as flight was delayed by over an hour and the airline lost our baggage. Kept very good communication throughout delays and was waiting for us at kerb side once we cleared arrivals. He spoke good English but was able to help us with our very basic French. Gave us good travel advice and navigated the very fast moving traffic in a safe manner. Kept us updated on destination arrival time and took our bags to the door of our apartment. I cannot rate this service any higher and will recommend to friends, family and colleagues in the future.
