Driver was on time, courteous and very personable. Our pickup time was 2:30AM and he was informative and easy to talk to. We left a small cooler bag with medication in the vehicle. He drove back to the airport and made sure it made it back to us. Totally went above and beyond.

Considering late hour, I was worried that rescheduling on the spot would be impossible. To my greatest surprise and appreciation the dispatcher was able to send available driver within 30 minutes. This was my third time I used the service of France Transfers for my transfers from Nice to Sanremo and I every time the provided service was impeccable. The drivers are always courteous and professional, the fleet is always clean and ready for new customer with complementary water bottles for convenience.
