I was very, very pleased with the service. We were four people staying in Como, the price of the transfer to and from Malpensa was about the same as the train, but what a difference! The vehicles were comfortable, the drivers courteous and prompt, and I was especially pleased the way Connect confirmed the return from Como to the airport; we received multiple emails the day before confirming time and place of pick-up. Worry and hassle free ground transportation for a great price, what more could you ask?!

Driver was perfectly turned out, and he and hotel staff attended to all our luggage. The car was immaculate and thoroughly maintained. Driver took scenic short cuts to avoid serious main road congestion. We liked the country roads. Driver delivered us and your luggage to precisely where we needed to be, with our luggage. Overall excellent service!

Was very easy to book on my mobile just prior to our holiday. When we arrived the driver was there and we were able to bypass all the drivers touting for business, (and whatever charges). Visiting a new country booking this transfer was essential for a good start to a great holiday. Driving us back to the airport was all very straight forward. Would use again.

As soon as we arrived at the airport the driver was there to meet us. Easy to find him and easy to communicate with him. Both drivers there and back were very friendly, helpful and charming. On our return I had a phone call from the driver to make sure we all met up in the same area. Good conversation was had on both journeys. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
