I am not usually wow-ed by service, but this time Connetotransfers exceeded my expectations. Here are a few reasons why we are giving them 10 stars. 1) I made a typo when booking a service online, putting a wrong return date. The customer service called promptly to verify and make changes. Such proactive service is worth it's weight in gold! 2)We were flying in to Thessaloniki airport. The driver waited for us and walked us to the nice, new Mercedes Benz vehicle with the A/C and internet connection. Wow! The one hour trip flew by. 3) The driver was focused on the traffic, did not talk on his phone and did not try to chat us up. We are not small talk people, so we were pleased. 4) We got kicked out of the room 3 hours earlier than we planned, and I tried calling to get the driver to come sooner so we don't have to wait in the village on the 40C heat with the little kids. They promptly replied to my email request in 5 minutes, and called me to say they already made the schedule and the driver was not available to come earlier. However, the driver showed up half an hour sooner than planned since he finished a previous job and heard that we were in a bind. We were so grateful! 5)On the return, our hotel that was in a small village was not on Google maps, but he still found us. The ride to the airport was a pleasant as the ride to the hotel.
