My flight was delayed by almost an hour and I had no Internet to phone the driver. However, he was patiently waiting and drove me quickly and efficiently to my hotel. He was extremely polite and professional. Superb service.

Started with a worry but it all worked out in the end. Driver came into the train station looking for me with my name written on a piece of paper...thank goodness he did that. I asked 2 strangers to help me and they used their cell to call the drivers number which was given to me as well as customer support number on my confirmation. There was no response from both. Driver told me that i had the wrong number for his cell...he was just about to send me a whatsapp message..how did that happen that his cell number was wrong??Luckily he did find me and the drive was smooth and quick to our hotel. The same driver picked us up on the 11th and i did ask him to come 15 minutes earlier which he did. That was very nice of him to do that and i appreciated that very much. Absolutely no complaints about the transfer. I would uae your service again , however you have to make sure the numbers are correct AND someone answers please!!

We had to arrange a private transfer from Verbier to Geneva with only 24 hours notice, having googled private transfers, firstly Connecto was the cheapest for a standard vehicle for two passengers and secondly communication was prompt and efficient. Our transfer arrived exactly on time and we were greeted by a very pleasant, helpful and cheerful driver who’s name escapes me, he was Greek and spoke perfect English and we were pleasantly surprised to be transported in a luxury van too. Will definitely use Connecto again in the future. Thank you for a perfect experience. Jill
