I text him while on holiday to check if he was going to be the person to pick us up on 2nd July. He confirmed he would. Then this morning, another car arrived for us from Connecto. We took this car as we were advised by Bella Italia security that this was our pickup. Eugene then text me at approx 13.18 to advise that he was in Bella Italia. We had left with the other driver. I paid the other driver 100 and I feel now that Eugene is out of pocket. Can you please explain why was there so Much confusion
