On time, text before taxi arrived to tell us who the driver would be. Comfortable and clean, and cheaper than the bus for the 6 of us would have been! Also so helpful when we realised we had left a passport in the vehicle

Gute Kommunikation. Einen Tag vor Abholung kamen nochmals Daten und Uhrzeit, ob es alles so geblieben ist wie bei Buchung. Fahrer war sehr pünktlich an der Adresse.

Our driver (we had the same driver all three times) was really fantastic. He was very helpful and save our vacation! Our luggage was lost by KLM and when the sent the luggage the day after to our hotel in Marseille after the time we had to go to our ship (was going on a cruise) he called me and said that he had called the hotel just to check where our luggage was. When he heard it was at the hotel and that it wouldn\'t make it to the ship he took it to us at the ship. He made it 30 minutes before the ship left the shore. He didn\'t to do this for us. He just did it to be nice. Fantastic service.
