From booking to drop off…the service was impeccable. We received the contact details of the driver who contacted us before we contacted him. He confirmed the reservation and stayed in contact with us from when we hit the ground to connecting with him in the airport in Las Palmas Gran Canaria. We were missing a bag and he offered to take us to the lost baggage office and wait; however we decided to leave instead as the airline emailed us directly. He provided us with the lost baggage number to follow up. The van was very new looking and very clean and José was incredibly professional and friendly. We would recommend José to all our friends without hesitation.

I appreciated the ride, we had a large group and while we did not get the minibus we expected the multiple cars were more than enough for us. The drivers were communicating about their arrival and very friendly.
