We were very impressed with Amor. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable for a number of reasons. 1. I had, in error, placed the arrival flight as BA306 instead of BA308 which we arrived on. I had indicated the correct arrival time as 1435 for the BA308. This confusion resulted in Amor arriving early and he then waited for us to arrive at the exit of terminal 2D. 2. Enroute to the booked destination we requested to go to the Australian Embassy due to a passport issue. He rerouted to the Embassy during difficult Friday evening peak hour traffic. He then waited at the Embassy briefly for me to return and then took us to the booked destination. We truely appreciate his willingness to help and cool head in negotiating the Paris traffic. He is a credit to your company.

I booked connecto during Munich Flughafen chaos due to heavy snow dec 23 and was not easy to book car with driver. I was so impressed with your company. I booked a car, then had to cancel because I missed a flight. When I called to explain a very kind operator was able to change the pick up time. I was then delayed again at the airport waiting for bags - 2 hours late! I informed the company again and they said no problems! The driver was not at all negative after those long hours waiting. I was not charged extra (but of course I gave him a tip!) I would highly recommend your service. THANK YOU

Hamed was fabulous! My euros were dropped in the back of his car during our transfer and he found them and dropped them back to me cant thank him enough! He was very polite on time and made the transfers very smooth! Would highly recommend!
